Our school philosophy is predicated on William Glasser’s “Reality Therapy” wherein students utilize Choice theory and develop their internal locus of control.  Accordingly, our guiding principle is to motivate students to readily apply their individual talents so that they may experience a consistent level of success throughout their educational career. Mindfulness and restorative practices are key components in our mission.

As educators, we believe that it is our responsibility to assist students develop good analytical decision-making skills throughout their daily agenda. To that point, our objective is to provide students with a resource of viable strategies that will assist them in making appropriate choices whenever necessary. As a means of reinforcing said principle, we have created smaller class sizes, consisting of a 2:1 student-staff ratio, wherein students will be afforded the distinct opportunity to advance their inherent abilities and ideally, realize a renewed sense of confidence and self-esteem.
