绿卡，美国永久居民（英语：United States permanent resident）是指获得美国合法永久居留权的外籍人士。这类人士不是美国公民，仍然持有母国护照，但其永久居民身份允许其在自由出入美国，在美国无限期居住和工作，并在满足在美居住时间条件后申请成为美国公民。
