You can be waived from taking the TOEFL if you have completed three school years where the majority of your subjects were taught in English. A good gauge is if your math and science courses have been taught in English of three complete years. For a 10th grade student, our minimum TOEFL to apply is an 90 IBT and 11th grade is a 95 IBT.
